Meet Luke, our mobile fitter. Luke's role in our company is providing an on site service to our customers by maintaining and repairing the equipment that we hire out to them. Luke works alongside his colleagues to help deliver a great customer service, with prompt action when a call comes in regarding any equipment maintenance.
We asked Luke a few questions for you to get to know him and why he chose to work in his current role:
Role in Tool Hire Centre: Mobile Fitter
How long have you been at Tool Hire Centre? I joined Tool Hire Centre in 2020 so it has been just under a year.
How long have you been in the hire industry? It's my first job in the hire industry so it is also my first year too.
Why did you want to work in the hire industry? I wanted a new challenge from the employment that I had previously. I have always wanted a job that enabled me to work with petrol and diesel engines, whilst also allowing me to have variety which is what this role I have now, as a mobile fitter allows me to do.
